I think QB has a lot more to do with the brains and work ethic than the


physical traits. I think it's tough to know how those guys are going to do in an unstructured environment where they don't have people following them to class and laying out their whole schedule for them.

It's really easy for Pro QB's to not put in any work besides the time they're in the gym and practice field. It's pretty clear that if you just want to put in 40 hours a week, you won't be a successful QB.
